Support,

I have installed both the quickstart of zite and done virgin installs of joomla and the template on a web server that generally I dont have problems with. I am not seeing the profile settings on the template screen in zite.

I have installed the quickstart on another server (hostgator) and the profile settings are loading fine.

Are you aware of any common server issues that might prevent the profile settings to show?

Hi cstew68,

If you install fresh joomla package, you need to install our JAT3 Framework plugin in order to show this part. If this problem occurs when you install our quickstart package, there must be problem with you server since it works properly in our local and many other user’s.
