    Hi,
Is there a way to programmatically reindex all filters after a Joomla Article or a K2 Article is saved?
If not, is this feature planned for the next releases?

    Thanks in advance,
    Marco

    Hi,

Indexing works Manually, this means each time you change Item, you must Re-index yourself. As we use filter by JSON, so automatically indexing will make your site slowdown speed loading.

We tend to think about create a Regular Indexing, but It will need more time to make it done.

You can use Server Cron Job on your server for temporary fix at this time, and this link to Cron Job: yourhost.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_jamegafilter&task=defaults.export_all

Since the link you provide is accessed in /administrator the cronjob will not work as a login is needed in the back-end.

Can you provide an alternative link we can add as a cronjob, one that is publically accessible? Administrators can decide themselves whether the performance issues are reason to perhaps only have the index executed hourly or daily, or every x minutes.

    Thanks for your feedback.

I have passed your request to the developer, we’re thinking of Add a new Feature for Cron Job.
    Thanks for your feedback.
