I have a project with my website, and I want to hear opinions and constructive criticism.

The web is ojopelao.com (JA Cooper template Business) news portal, with different sections, which I would like to change their appearance, but so far gained little management in the design template, an idea sparked with a magnificent JoomlArt templates. Ay two options, the first and faster would be to the sports section, encyclopedia and Film templates with template manager, but lost the modules that use each of them.

The second is much more work would be to create subdomain on my hosting deportes.ojopelao.com example for each section and so on … And a new installation of Joomla with their database.

The following images submitted by the second option.

Main Web Ojopelao.com (JA Cooper Business)

    http://www.ojopelao.com

    Sports Section (JA Opal)

    http://deportes.ojopelao.com/

    Section Encyclopaedia (JA Pyrite)

    http://enciclopedia.ojopelao.com/

    Film Section (Ja Tube)

    http://cine.ojopelao.com/

    Hear suggestions and comments.

I’ve thought about using different templates for sections as well.

I don’t think I will do it though because I worry about the impression it will leave the visitor. I think they will think that they are linking to different sites, or you are just pulling content from other websites.

I also think part of branding your company (website) is from the look and feel of your site. I believe the best way to do this is to be consistent with the look and feel. Once visitors get a good ‘feel’ for your site, they will prefer to visit it over competition.

    Just my 2 cents.
