When I install the promo bar on my site, it causes the menu bar which sticks to the top on the page from working and so I only see a full background on the page and need to scroll down to see the content.

Could this be a jquery conflict or what can cause this?

The thing is that I’ve restored a backup because I could find the issue. Even after uninstalling the component, it had the same issue. But I know this was the cause.
So maybe you can check what cloud conflict with your module.

I checked the URL of your site but I could not see the Promo bar on your site. Let me know where I can see it on your site.
