    Hello,

I enabled the JA Promobar and used the settings of your documentation. But on my site (http://test.fromm-gesellschaft.de/index.php/de/docman) the bar always lays over the main navigation on top, which is also sticky. I want the Promobar pushing down the header (incl. logo, megamenue, searchmodule) and disappearing by scrolling up. And I have another question: is it possible to show another menu or more buttons in the Promobar?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi @knilch,

For customization task, you can learn to use Firebug. If you’re not familiar with this task, you must have a valid subscription in order to get any further assistance in such technical matter.

About your question with load more button or even another module, I guess it’s possible and you can try with this method.

    Hi Adam M,

thanks for your fast reply! First: I have a subscription for 1 year (I payed 50$). So I guess I could get some support? I use Firebug and know how to use it e.g. for customizing css in a custom.css, but this special question I have seems to need a special setting in a script, doesn´t it? And the second thing: I know how to use the {loadposition …} method for articles. But where do I put the code in the promobar-module (any field in the modules backend, a special file…)?

    Thank you and greetings!

    Hi @knilch3,

Please recheck the url http://test.fromm-gesellschaft.de/index.php/de/docman as it lead to 404 page. About the {loadposition}, you can try to insert it in Message field.

Ah, ok. Sry, I changed the alias of the menu-entry. Now it is: http://test.fromm-gesellschaft.de/index.php/de/suche-auf-dem-dokumentenserver/ueberuns

As you can see there, the promobar lays over the header/nav-bar, but it should be above (as it does here: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-module/ja-promo-bar) and if I scroll up, it does not disappear (I only set transparency).

And what you can see as well: the loadposition-thing does not work in the promobar. While it works at the end of the article (4 buttons sitemap,…).

    What could I try?

    Hi @knilch3,

The promo bar you see here is a customized version with specific JS code applied to it.

Please provide a temporary FTP account via private reply so I can check the code and see if we can adjust this part. While checking your site, I also see that in promo bar so the module might not support it.

    Hi @knilch3,

Suddenly, the temporary admin account doesn’t work, please recheck so I can continue.
