Hello all

I have been asked to create a home/vacation/apartment/condo rental site. The basic requirements are that a property owner who wishes to list on the site would have the ability to:

– Create an account
– Create a listing, text, details, images, links, etc.
– Pay for the listing via PayPal
– The listing is displayed after payment

I have been looking at various options such as Open-Realty along with CMS Realty or EZ Realty as a starting point. I am interested in CMS Realty simply because I would very much like to integrate Open-Realty with one of the Joomlart templates and then possibly add a PayPal module such as the payment add-on for Open-Realty created by southtexasweb.com.

If anyone has experience with a site of this nature I would appreciate your comments/ideas, and any problems or “gotchas” that you have encountered.

I am preparing to test Open-Realty and CMS Realty using a Joomlart template and will be happy to post what I find for anyone who might be interested.

Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.
