I’ve downloaded the source files but can only find the header and bubble psd files. Is there a full source file available (menu/buttons etc.)?

Is there a PSD file with the entire template?
Generally, that’s where ALL the elements can be found.

Tom – that is what I was expecting (like other JoomlArt sources) but no template is there.
