I am facing following issues with the template I installed on my site. can you please help me in this regards.

1. when front end user try to submit article then image upload does not allow him to upload images from his computer. [firefox]
2. i changed global seetings for page title and site name but it still showed welcome to home page.

<< This bug is caused by the incompatibility between j1.5 “Flash Uploader” and Flash player 10. In global config, switching “Enable Flash Uploader” to “No” can solve the issue. This issue occurs in both frontend and backend editor.

But at moment, i suggest you use JCE for better editor . This editor also have Image upload function.
I’ve installed latest version on your site.

In your case you can change your Title in Menu – Home menu item -> Page Title

The Directly youu just listed is not in my admin panel please check to verify
Also i would like the default color of links of the entire site to be green until when chaged from control panel on site.
I tried to add my logo on this template but found it very difficult to put my logo. I changed
templates/ja_teline_iv/images/logo.png but it is not showing there.
Can you please let me know where to change this logo

this does not effect global settings at all
and meanwhile the global settings is still not working
as you know this is very essential for SEO

At this point i’ve no idea much. But if i remember , depend on which menu page we have different page title. And it can set via menu item – page title.
In case you need some more advanced i suggest you can go w/ sh404SEF component
