this has to be the most tricky undertaking trying to get this template working.

When I goto Template Manager JA_Teline_III_v2 I get a barrage of error messages

I assumed this was a permissions issue so went to set the file permissions for the folder /f5/newspapertest/public/templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/local/themes/index.html in /f5/newspapertest/public/libraries/joomla/filesystem/file.php on line 304

and there is no folder f5/newspapertest/public/templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/local/etc

There is a folder /public/templates/ja_teline_iii_v2/core/etc…

Any thoughts any1?

You try extract my attached file into /templates/ja_telinve_iii_v2 folder
