I don’t know if I’m missing something here. In looking through this forum, I see others have the same issue. Whenever I click the publish button, it just sits there and spins. I can view the page I changed, but the publish button just sits and spins. If I close out JA Builder, and come back in, the content I just added is not there. This occurs in Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and IE. Per the suggestions in the topics I’ve read through, I have cleared the cache on ALL the browsers.
I have upgraded to JA Builder 1.0.9. based upon some of the suggestions I’ve read. Still no change. Anyone else have any suggestions? I really don’t want to edit my main landing page as I’m afraid I’ll lose everything on that page.
Anyone have any suggestions? Is this issue still being investigated? Please help.

August 12, 2017 at 7:18 am #1055981Here the same:-(
I went throgh th eforum and realize is an old topic alreadyx, so what is the solution?
I need to plan a website for a client, I check four different page builders. Not all fantastic, but with this ‘basic’ problem I cannot test/use this Page Builder. And its not a matter ov ‘MY’ website/Server.
I checked and found out:
Problem with Chrome
No Problem with:
IE & FF
Maybe this informatin helps you to fix the problem.
I hope it could be solved, so I can continue my testsKlaus
August 12, 2017 at 3:19 pm #1056007UPDATE
I have four browsers on my computer. I cleared the cache on all four. Here are the results:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer v11.0.45: Worked just fine.
- Firefox v54.0.1: Publish button kept spinning.
- Chrome v58.0.3029.110: Publish button kept spinning.
- Microsoft Edge v40.15063 (or 15.15063): Worked just fine.
So apparently there is something going on with Firefox and Chrome. Hope this helps in troubleshooting.

Firefox version above is 32-bit. Installed 64-bit (v55.0.1) and still does not work using Firefox.

August 14, 2017 at 5:31 pm #1056328so is there any solution, I think the bug is clear?
klaus
August 14, 2017 at 11:59 pm #1056360So it appears that the "bug" (or whatever we wish to call it) only occurs when using Firefox or Chrome web browsers on a PC. Any Microsoft product (Internet Explorer or Edge) used on a PC will work as advertised. @saguaros…I noticed on your recorded video that you were using a Mac. I have only a PC.
I have a work-around for this problem (using Edge), but would really like it to work in Firefox.
