I am having the same issue as “amejat” – When I publish my slideshow to the “user 5” position the “popular video” module appears to the right in the “ja-cs” position. My slideshow is at 100%, so that is good, but the “popular videos” module is sitting on-top of it. When i unpublished the “popular videos” module, everything in the “user 5” position disappears as well. I cant seem to publish to the “user 5” position without the “js-cs” position being published as well. So my fix was to unpublished the “popular videos” module and then create a new “custom html” module and leave it blank, then publish it to the “ja-cs” position. Not necessarily a true fix, but it did do the trick for me.
