I’m just learning refined CSS, so I’d appreciate a few pointers here.
As Teline II is a magazine, I am hoping that some of you have figured out a way to create some typical magazine effects.
Pull quotes should be straightforward–some kind of floating block, but the details of positioning and text flow have confused me.
As for drop caps–I have no idea!
Thanks for your advice.

October 26, 2008 at 8:13 pm #276984Thanks for the heads up.
But now I have a really ignorant question: where do I add this code? Do I add these directions to the template.css, is it already there, the html window, or do I use the css editor in my formatting tool bar?
You can see I have a fundamnetal conceptual deficit here. I’ve just never used CSS with a template like this before.

Told you that in this thread http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?p=180250#post180250
but to summarise you load JCE Editor extension into your template then in the JCE configuration set it to use the TYPO.CSS file and the typography features will appear in the drop down list
