    Hello,
    i bought the JATC Standard Membership today, but it doesnt show up in my payment history on joomlart.
    I checked my paypal payment and it seems ok.

    When can i start downloading ?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience, evidently there is a problem if your subscription is not still activated but unfortunately Joomlart administrative offices are closed for the week end so at this moment is impossible to verify where the problem is

    Sorry for the wait. Usually membership should get activated automatically once the payment is made, however this one time we had to manually activate yours.

    Everything should be fine now, you could check Your payment history again to see that your JATC membership is fully in effect.

    Hi. Just to clarify, if we purchase on a weekend, will it get activated on the next business day or is this just a one time thing?

    Activation of membership usually is immediate after payment, sometime happens that for various reasons communications between paymet gateway ( paypal ) and Joomlart’s servers can gives problems , so the whole payment process should be manually verified by Joomlart’s administrative Offices and clearly if this happens on week ends when Joomlart’s offices are closed user should wait until the next monday.
