March 4, 2015 at 5:38 pm #204342How would I go about creating a boxed layout with Purity III as opposed to full-width layouts? I know it’s probably a multi step process but I am just trying to have a starting point. I know that the t3 site explains how to create additional layouts however, that’s based upon if I wanted to duplicate an existing layout. I am looking to create a similar layout but I want it to be boxed and have a background canvas as well. Thanks in advance!

March 4, 2015 at 8:04 pm #561636What do you mean by “boxed layout?” … Are you meaning a specific site width?

For instance, the JA-Biz template is the kind of boxed example that I mean with a simple background. So if that template is what you’d call fixed width then yes. I am looking to do the same thing with the Purity III template.

JA Biz and Purity III templates are different styles and you can give me the URL of your site and the screenshot with box layout what you are trying to do. I will help you to check it further.

March 11, 2015 at 4:29 pm #562670Hi and thanks.
It took 4 days to get a response and I was short on time so I found an alternative by just adding a container in the template layout.

Hi no I didn’t add css. I went into the purity > tpls folder and added

around the layouts in that directory.
