Dear JA Team,

Over the last week, I have tried to download the Purity III template, but although logging in, I was not able to. The other templates, like JA Simpli, are available for download, but the JA Purity page keeps asking me to log in.

Kindly clean your Browser cache and cookies first , then login and try to download the template .
If still have issue in downloading you can download the template JA Simpli from here : https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/facing-download-issue-read-this/

I am having the same problem – have cleared cache etc. I (and kurgom86) want to download Purity III.

Kindly clean your Browser cache and cookies first , then login and try to download the template .
Do not forget to clean cookies and then login on site and download .

Dear Joomla Team,
I have the same problem only with Purity III.
I have cleared the cookies and cache and then connected again, but the same I have impossibility to check the template I want to download and the windows with "You need login to download this item. Login now. " stay there.

I have made a last test with all procedure then I reload 2 times the page and then I get it.
I can enjoy now.
