    Hi,

I have a project in which I will have to use a template that uses a free software license.

Which license does Purity III uses?
    In here: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/purity-iii/about-purity-iii#copyrights
    It says:

Copyright © 2014 T3 Canvas. All Rights Reserved. Designed by JoomlArt.com.

In the template’s code, it says (templateInfo.php):

    • @package T3 Framework for Joomla!
      *——————————————————————————

    So, which one is it?

How can you say "all rights reserved" and then mention a GPL license, which goes against the "all rights reserved" sentence?

Also, there is no such file as LICENSE.txt.

    Thank you.

    Hi
Copyright stands for the Developers works and company info who made the template.
If you want to remove the footer copyrights you can remove it from the template folder /tpls/blocks/footer.php file.

    Hi,

Thanks for the answer. But it doesn’t really answer the question asked, I believe.

In other words, what is the distribution license for purity III template?

    Hi
Your question is not clear to me, can u please provide what exactly you want to change in the copyrights?
Here you can see the copyrights information.

there is no such file as LICENSE.txt.

Please check the documentation link to see GNU General Public License.
    Regards
