Hi
I tested the package on my local host and it installed fine. Kindly download the fresh package again and install it on a fresh DB .
Also increase the max execution time and memory limit from php values.

It is true, the quickstart is not fully installed, does not create the configuration file.

Hi
You have to increase the php value on your localhost and then download the package and install it on a fresh Database .
