For the sake of "clarity" in the site design I removed the footer all the copyright notices, but I thought I’d present them all in a page called "credits".

I’d like to put also a link to joomlart.com/joomla/templates/purity-iii and to http://www.t3-framework.org/
Can I use the logos of Joomlart and T3 Framework on my "credits" page?

You can use the t3-Framework logo and add a text link to joomlart.com ,something like img below.
