I have purity 3 customized but i instal blank template and the same the layout part is blank. I backup my site and template. Uninstall purity and install again and the same problem the layout part is blank.

Serching i found a conflict on backend say

1433781001512 that make error. Is the same that http://www.t3-framework.org/discussions/t3-layout-setting-problem.html but not work the solution.

The common reasons for this issue come from severals aspects as I mentioned in my above #4 post.

If you’ve not customized the layout of template, PM me URL, admin and FTP account of your site, I will take a look

Hi Syed H,

I couldn’t access the template style in template manager on your site.

I tried to upload the default ‘tpls’ folder of this template to see how it goes but I couldn’t.

Could you give it a try?

Hello, has anybody found a solution to this problem and if so could somebody please tell me if there is a document somewhere I can use to resolve? I have the same problem – no layout in the template and (although I don’t use it) nothing in the megamenu.
I have checked file permissions, I have run diff on local and remote copies of the site only significant difference is the file DOC_ROOT/templates/purity_iii/local/etc/layout/corporate.ini but I’ve just been making changes to the local site which I now want to roll out to the remote site (but I can’t because of the problem).
Does purity III store anything in the database that I can crosscheck to see why remote & local sites differ?
Thanks for listening, if anyone can point me towards a doc to help me fix it that would be really great!
