Less will not compile using T3 v2.3.0 and Purity III v1.0.0.

    See attached capture of errors.

It looks like there is something wrong with the LESS file. You should check what you have just done and try to revert it.

    @saguaros

No modifications to the template, no modifications to Less.

Template is a “fresh” install (and re-install). T3 recently updated, then “fresh” re-install after errors appeared without resolving the problem.

    Suggestions?

The LESS compiler requires at least 128MB memory on your server. Please check the memory_limit if your server can meet the requirement. It’s best if you contact your hosting/server to check this for you as some servers limit this value.

Site is currently using the Mititus Template, the LESS compiler operates without issue.

This issue often due to 2 common reasons:
    – Incorrect LESS code when customizing
    – Lack of memory limit

May I know which is value of memory limit of your site in your server?

    Memory limit 512 megabytes.

I was browsing the new messages, and someone mentioned their T3 blank template had a “site/local” folder, where the “Theme Magic”, changes were being saved, and creating memory errors.

I viewed my templates folder layout and discovered a “…/template/local” folder that should not exist. I installed my template via the Joomla Extension Manager.

Seem you’ve updated the new version of T3 framework, within this version, the template will have a new folder called local, it helps to keep your customization/config in template stay when you update template.

If you’ve not customized this template much, please take a backup of your site and update template to newer version and compile less to css again.

I have not customized the template or T3. I upgraded to v1.1.0 of the template, and the compile error occurs.

    I LOCATED THE PROBLEM!!

I updated to T3 2.3.0, using the template screen. The T3 Framework and the T3 Framework Package were different versions!

I deleted the T3 Framework and Package, then reinstalled and LESS compiles without issue.

Thank you for all of your help.
