February 1, 2014 at 4:40 pm #194365Hello.
When I enter any data in russian (module / article tittle) it display ??????
Which files I need to convert to UTF-8?
First I used Latin in phpMyAdmin. Than I changed it to utf_general_ci, but it didn’t helped. It must be a Joomla issue? Not template?
Thanks.

i got the same problem before, i think you have to dobule check on your database and make sure every table’s default chartset has set to utf8. For unknown reason, Joomlart QuickStart Installation will create a database that not use the default chartset utf8 but something else. my is latin_swedish_ci, you may need to change all tables back to utf8.hope it helps.
