January 18, 2012 at 7:29 pm #172944Currently these are two separate menus. They are identical (nearly) in the side module plus in the mega menu, and they are very plain. I have discovered that I can load the side menu as a module position into the mega menu, and I intend to do this, but it changes the formatting. The main problem though is that when I load a link image into the side menu it does not show up.
My end goal is to go from:
2 menus no picturesto
1 menu, 2 positions, with picturesHow can I do this?

January 19, 2012 at 4:37 am #434392Can you please provide your site url and admin details via PM so that I can take a look? It is possible that the menus are styled such a way icons are hidden even though you assign icons for menu items..
January 19, 2012 at 6:23 am #434413There are so many ways to do so and you will get the best information from just searching on Google. It gives the perfect and step by step answers that you really want.

January 19, 2012 at 3:22 pm #434497himangi, thank you. I sent a pm with that information.
corewebservices, I didn’t come here in lieu of trying on my own. I came here as a paying member to get support on something I was unable to find a resolution to. If you know precisely where this step by step is, please let me know.

January 19, 2012 at 3:35 pm #434501amandasmith, thanks for your help. That is one of the many threads I already went through. It deals with putting icons in the Mega Menu which I already have done. What I want to do is put the icons in the side menu (I can’t even get this to work), and then load that menu as a module position in the Mega Menu with icons and links.
edit:
I wanted to simplify this now that I have made a discovery. I cannot load the menus as modules in the mega menu because I need those to show on every page and the correlated side menus on specific pages, so they must be seperate menus. All I really need is for the images to show in the side menu.saganomics Friendsaganomics

January 19, 2012 at 9:33 pm #434539Success!
All I had to modify was: template.css
#ja-left ul.menu img, #ja-right ul.menu img { display: none; }
#ja-left ul.menu img, #ja-right ul.menu img { display: inline; padding-right: 2px; }
