Sorry but your question is not clear

If you edit layout (double click on thumbnail ) you will have already the angle set as showed into original image

If you want to know which is the angle rotate value then i cannot help since i don’t think this is important because you can use the tool rotate and scale and find it easily

anyway maybe my image below can help
