I have a question regarding your new strict standard on how many sites you support for an account. I don’t favor the developer package because I just don’t use enough of the templates to justify that. However I have been a subscriber for many, many years. Because I just renew does that mean I will always only get support for the subscription model I am in? Or do you make concessions for members that have been loyal for 5+ years and give them the benefit of adding to their limit each year they remain a member (hope that makes sense)?

Hi,

At our new site JATC standard members can have "Unlimited Domain Usage", no more limit like at the old site.

The number of domains is only relevant when they request for support in the forums, as JATC standard members can ask for support on 3 sites only. If they want to ask for support on more sites, they have to buy a Tech Support add-on separately.
