Is it possible to select certain items to appear on front page from different categories rather than all items from one category.

I just want to select a few items from different categories to display on the front page and update manually

Hi,
Sorry for this late reply, maybe you found the answer by yourself, this is my assist:
I assume that you already have some featured items:
– Go to Menus > Main Menu > Home
– Change Menu Item Type to K2 Categories
– Under parameters named ‘Basic Options’: select your desired categories
– Scroll down and in ‘Featured items’ tag: choose ‘Show Only Featured Item’
