Hello

I would like to ask if its possible to make a section for example section-1 or navhelp section to have a paralax effect as an image for background and the content to scroll up ??

Behind the three boxes in the featured hotel (section-2) i have a pic as a background and three boxes (Call us visit us and send email)

How can i make the pic behind the boxes to have a paralax scrolling effect plz help me
