I raised this post because I have several problems with the template, and finally I have stayed as it was. For example links do not load That is the starting when to activate menu you can find below.

I’m sorry you are having trouble customizing Joomlart’s most popular template.

I’ll ask again for you to be MUCH more specific regarding an issue you are having…beginning with the URL of your installation… so that we may diagnose the problem and help you understand what you’ve done wrong.

Otherwise, simply lobbing a general complaint that you have created “several problems” does not provide us with enough information to guess as to where you went wrong.

Hello

The biggest problem, high priority is being in the start menu, there are some links that are not loaded when I click on them, as is the case of the videos that are in the multimedia menu, however if another menu which is active such as Secretariat (by clicking on it) and then go to multimedia video crgan now. Short in some menus work and some do not.

I disabled all modules and plugins, and then I went to activate each and the problem remains the same. The problem is the template for joomla jateline iv 1.7.

I’m sorry, but the credentials you have provided are inaccurate. I cannot log in.

I will AGAIN ask for login information…and

I am also having NO problem with ANY links. They are ALL working for me.
As for the VIDEO in the MULTIMEDIA menu left column…you simply need to change the width in order for it to be seen and operate properly.

I am off for the remainder of the day. I will not be able to assist with this until tomorrow at the earliest.
Perhaps when we get a good set of credentials and a URL we can be must faster with our services in straightening out the issues you created.

The problem with the videos that are in the multimedia menu / video does not load is because the type of menu that is active is not of the article, except that articles featured in the links do not work for videos.

Besides the video does not work the horizontal canopy fully below right.

TWO THINGS:

1. I’m sorry, but I cannot understand what you are asking. Your broken English is far to broken to understand. Perhaps writing it in your native language and let us do the translating may help.
2. You are asking us to modify a template in order for you to use a commercial, non-JA component (hwdVideoShare). While it is perfectly fine for you to use a 3rd-Party component…it is NOT part of the support agreement that we must get it to work. I would contact hwdVideoShare and ask them to provide assistance in getting their component to work in a template.

Bottom line, this is NOT a problem with the TEMPLATE from what I can understand from your description, and what I see in your site. The settings of your hwdVideoShare component need to be adjusted…and that is NOT a Joomlart job.

I would recommend you contract with a developer to handle these types of non-Joomlart customizations.
