Instead of the main menu appearing in the menu strip (A), I’d like to put
the Usermenu there.

How do I do this?

Also, I’m having a problem with the template in Firefox. The information
that should be showing up in the area to the right of user1, user2, and
right is wrapping to the bottom of the screen. Any ideas?

Finally, how can I change the color of orange that the template is using?
I’d like to make it a bit more “orange” than it is.

You could, but you will need make many modification. And where will you place the tools and search box?

Could you provide your live site url?

You could change some images in folder templates/ja_polaris/images and style in color css file in folder templates/ja_polaris/css/colors.
