Hi anikrig,

If you use an editor like Firebug, you would see that there is an JS error in your site when clicking send button: $(“contact”).reset is not a function
Did you install any other extensions beside our extensions? there maybe conflict and try to update JAT3 plugin to the latest version.

Hi Saguaros,
Just came back from holidays, thus the delay before answering your question.

I installed the quickstart version and did very little editing. I have deactivated what few additional modules I had installed (only one actually, if I’m not mistaken), all for nothing : I still have the same error message.

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<HTMLDivElement> has no method 'reset'

I have tried commenting the offending line in /templates/ja_cloris/html/mod_jaquickcontact/default.php, but the error appears again as soon as I try to send a message :

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<HTMLDivElement> has no method 'submit'

Unfortunately, I am no JS expert…

What is even more puzzling is that it works fine when accessing the site with my iphone :((

Dear all, I think that I have found the origin of my bug : in the default layout I had named the contact page… “contact”, which overloaded some JS somewhere.
Having renamed my page, everything is A-OK :

<page name="contakt" type="modules" title="Contact" class="dark last-item">page8</page>
