all right, I am a bit confused right now.

I have tried changing the background color in template.css but it does not seem to change anything

body#bd {
background: #FFFFFF;
color: #FFFFFF;
}

What am I doing wrong? Is there anywhere else I should change the settings?

Hi you

i think you are using a theme for your template. For the reason, you have to open the css file of this template in ja_sulfur/templates/ja_sulfur/css/colors folder and change it
