I have tried installing the quick start installation local machine with wampserver, php v 5.6.31. The installation just hangs. I then tried the following solutions

1. Increasing the max_execution time on the php.ini
2. Changing the ENGINE=InnoDB to ENGINE=MyIsam
   Both the solutions did not work and this is the error i got this error…

Hi
If its stuck during the installation there can be an issue of the max execution time and memory limits.
Kindly increase the limits max execution time to 300 and memory limits 512M, save and restart apache.
Now retry the installation with the fresh package.

Changing the ENGINE=InnoDB to ENGINE=MyIsam
Revert it, also try the installation on new DB with the new package.
If still the same issue, kindly put it on live, so i have a look at this issue, that’s something related to server configurations.
