Hi, i wanna install the quick start instalation of th e1.1 version , joomla 1.5 but when i wanna choose to install in the instalation window the template this error comes every time:

xml file can not be found

could you please help me?

You need to install it as you would Joomla! itself, unfortunately you cannot run it as a template installation.

thaks for your help guys.
but i did installed it like a new joomla instalation. i deleted the old joomla and upload it with filezille in a folder on my server, then it started as a new joomla instalation. have a look..

Plz download 1694, unzip and copy overwrite to installationsqlmysql folder of qucikstart package after unzip, then install as a clean joomla
