Whenever a user sends an email form my Quickcontact form, i receive the email but the Name and Subject read: Error 404.

What could be the issue?

I have published an article with title Thank you under “uncategorised” category, but i am still experiencing the problem.

dear Gabriel, Im still investigating this issue, it would be helpful if you forward the error mail to hungnd@joomsolutions.com I want to have a look, because when changed the receiving mail to my gmail, the email could not be sent.
Still working on it, I hope to find a solution for you soon.
