hi,
i’ve downloaded the latest version of the ja_sugite quickinstall and when i try to install it i get i white site.
in the url is the correct path "…/installation/index.php" but the site is white.
if i try to install another quickinstall ja_template i have no problems.

is it possible that this file is demaged?

Did you installed sample data when requested by the procedure ?

also at the url posted above i see a ja teline V template

hi pavit,
i would do it but i can’t install the joomla and templates.
if i got to …mysite.com/installation/index.php i get only a white site!

that is my problem, with any other joomlart template i have not problem…

This is weird

Try to download again the quickstart.zip file and you should be sure folder where you want to install it should be completely empty , no html files inside it only files you extracted from quickstart.zip.

hi,
i tried this some times. the folder is absolut empty. i try this on xampp localhost and the only thing i can say is that the site is white…

when i extract the quickinstall i get 6.936 files in 1.952 folders.
in my htdocs in xampp i have the same numbers of files and folders, BUT
if i want to install it and i go to localhost/htdocsname/installation/index.php
my site is white…

thats curious because i’ve installed lots of joomlart sites and never had this problem and with any other joomlart template i have no problem, but i need ja_sugite…

Hello

We cannot debug your xampp configuration so would be better to test it on a public server ,

anyway you can try to use a different php version , this happen to me too when i try to install with mamp using php 7 version on it, switching php version to 5 it works fine.
