Hi

I just inside the Uber template from the quick start (http://www.immortalitypt.com ). However the installation of the sample packages is not available.

Could this be due to the removal of the installation files are recommended by Joomla?

Did you followed the suggested steps ?

also try to verify if the Joomlart installer plugin is enabled , if not enable it agin and install the Uber template package

Yes I followed these instructions: https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/joomla-templates/uber-template/uber-template-installation#quickstart-installation

Plugin is enabled.

Hi

Maybe some files were corrupted during download , please start again from scratch installing quickstart version on a complete clean environment ( folder and database )

I tested it again on my local and it works fine

I just re-installed the template and the quick start installation templates are still not available.

Are you able to provide me with the Landing Page package?

I have also just extracted the files (uber_j34.zp) into the directory in public_html and created a new database and there is no change – the Joomlart Installer page is still blank.

Did you installed sample data when asked ?

Again i downloaded again quickstart files and installed again on my local and it worked like a charm

Downloaded a fresh quick start package.

Followed all the instructions.

The quick start is still not showing.

Are you able to provide me with the Landing Page package that I can install separately?

You could take a look at THIS TOPIC and verify if solutions proposed can solve your problem
It is not a template problem, but it is your hosting space configuration issue.
