When will there be a new quickstart wich will look exactly like the demo and with the latest version off joomla and VM?

When you install quickstart it will look like in demo but i’m not sure yet it ‘s Lastest version of joomla. example : Now , quickstart for joomla 1.5 have version 1.5.3 , but lastest version of joomla 1.5 is 1.5.4 .
When Joomla release new version , Joomlart will try to update it in quickstart early.
