Hi, me again… I have a problem installing the quickstart, the problem is in step 3 already when you start to "backing up old databases tables" about 30%, by the time you get there, just stop loading and I It returns to step 3, no error messages, no prompts, just returns me to the previous page, I have already tested with all the solutions that appear in google, how to change in php ini properties like max_execution_time = 240 and change sql files Before installing them to "ENGINE = MyISAM" but they are hours looking for the solution and it is that I am not using a local server, I am using one of payment, I remember that I had this problem with another template some time ago, but I regret to recognize that I forget How to fix it, I know it was referring to the version of the joomla installer that had generated problems and I think it was version 3.4 but I do not remember well, I would appreciate if you can help me.

Hi,

Did you test to install a Joomla 3.7.2 package with sample data on your server and see how it goes?

This will ensure that your server meets the requirements of Joomla 3.7.2.

Hi thank for your response, i have the same template installed in the same server, http://carrestorationdetailercr.com/ i remember i solved this problem but i dont remember how! i want this template because the client want a template very similar or the same, i remember i change because in forum or website about a bug in the same version of the alumi, and the quikstart its not in 3.7, i remember the last update of the car website.
