hello,

When I load the quickstart pacakge I thought that when I then went into the admin panel and applied the template it would look just like the demo.

Why isn’t this the case and how do I load the site so that when I install it looks like the demo?

When you install quickstart, you have to tell it to install sample data. So you upload the quickstart file, then extract files, then run the installation, but don’t forget to install sample data YES and make sure that is successful before you go on in the installation.

CRAP!!! I thought that installing that sample data was the data that typically gets installed with the normal joomla install.
