I have tried a few times locally and on our server to no avail. I can access the backend but home page is blank. I did install sample data. Have used quite a few Joomlart quickstart packages so don’t believe I’m forgetting anything. Dug through the forums, doesn’t look like other folks are having this problem. Thoughts?

Try disabling the JA Twitter module from the Joomla back end.

If that works it shows that you do not have php_cURL enabled on your server or on localhost (it is not activated by default on Wamp nor Xampp).

I had the same problem but looked for JA Twitter module in the module manager and did not find it installed. Is there any other solution.

It looks like you have some server configuration problems. Take a look at this for your openbasedir path for example – ”

D:C:Program Files (x86)PHPC:TempC:WindowsTemp

”

In addition, even if I disable the JAT3 plugin and set a default Joomla template your site is still showing as blank. You will need to get that working before we can take this further.
