I have installed the quickstart package to http://www.wildlifeplanet.net a number of times. Each time the category and article images do not display after installation. If I go to the JA News 2 module and change the thumbnail mode to ‘using image resource’ the category images will display but they do not re-size correctly. The article images will still not display. If you compare the image of Putin in the main article and compare to the template demo at http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_teline_iii/ you will see what I mean about the re-size.

Could someone please advise if they have solved these problems and how to fix it. Thankyou

In the Administrative area of your site check EXTENTIONS > PLUGINMANAGER > THUMBNAIL FOR JOOMLA CONTENT

Make sure it is enabled…and make sure the parameters match the attached:

Thankyou John for the reply. Unfortunately I already have the suggested settings and even if I disable/ re-enable or try other settings it makes no difference. Any more thoughts anyone?
