Hi,

I want to use the quickstart install to modify the sample site, but our provider pre-installs joomla 1.5.2 and i notice that the quickstart package is 1.5.0

Is it possible (and how) to install the quickstart on a pre-insalled 1.5.2 setup?

Would the .2 really make that much of a difference in installing the package?

Is there not a patch offered by Joomla.org to “upgrade?”

download 1.5.2 upgrade from 1.5.0 from joomla.org
download quickstart package (with 1.5.0)
unpack (unzip) quickstart package
unpack (unzip) 1.5.2 upgrade into same folder, overwriting files OK.
pack (zip) the new quickstart, now patched to Joomla 1.5.2
