August 5, 2015 at 6:12 am #650775Hi everyone,
Unfortunately, I have the exact issue and tried all your advice and no luck so far.
My language doesn’t change to Swedish latin and stays as English (united kingdom). The Table Prefix doesn’t accept “utf8_general_ci” as specifically says “three or four characters long, contain only alphanumeric characters and MUST end in an underscore”
I have tried MYSQLi and MYSQL both with newly created databases
Twice I had fresh installations and same exact error. Although it installs without sample data. but I need the sample data.
I appreciate any help.Thanks

<blockquote>The Table Prefix doesn’t accept “utf8_general_ci” as specifically says “three or four characters long, contain only alphanumeric characters and MUST end in an underscore”</blockquote>That’s not about table prefix. It’s table collation .
Please contact your sysadmin for detail.Thank you,

@all Actually it’s all about server side issue with database configuration. Please ask your sysadmin about this.
Thank you,

August 6, 2015 at 7:50 am #657802Thanks. But I don’t get to CP stage where I stuck is the installation stage.
I contacted 1and1 who hosts my server. The Collation is changed now to utf8_general_ci but issue persists. There is surely and issue with the template since other templates install with no problems. I already raised it to the development team. Hoping to get some feedback any time soon.

August 6, 2015 at 1:13 pm #658583Hi there
In case you still can’t work on this issue with your sysadmin. I’ll install quickstart on my localhost and give you dumped db & source zipped ( or jpa package )
You can use that to install on your server. Not good way, but we have no choice because your server side issue.
Thank you,

August 7, 2015 at 2:08 am #658632Hi all
# I want to confirmed 100% quickstart working fine. If you have issue while installing with database it’s because your service side with database configuration.
It’s already guided to work on it. If you can’t follow that please ask your sysadmin guy.
# I have installed fresh new quickstart at this time with fresh new download from JA.http://joodevelopment.com/ja_cagox_3x
You can download JPA file and use it to restore on your server.
( you’ll need reset administrator user password )http://joodevelopment.com/site-joodevelopment.com-20150807-020116.jpa
Or download compressed source & sql if you want.
http://joodevelopment.com/ja_cagox_3x.rar
http://joodevelopment.com/joodev_ja_cagox_3x.sql.gzNote:// It’s RAR 5 for better compressing.
Once again, as you can see on my live server . We can install quickstart as well.
Check our

you’ll see my phpinfo if needed<blockquote>System Information
