Hi,

I have installed the Quickstart package and now i am getting an error.

“Fatal error: Class ‘T3Hook’ not found in /hermes/bosweb/web122/b1221/ipw.glennbmx7/public_html/CouponDemo/templates/ja_events/html/com_content/frontpage/default_item.php on line 147”

I dont understand what this means or what to do about it.

Can someone please help?

Dear leyendecker,

I just tried to install a quickstart for testing the above issue but I do not see any error.

Please provide you url, the admin account as well as the FTP Info via ticket system, login to ticket system using your forum user /pass and update your ticket ID is UJI-775-64019.

We will have a look at it then.

I cant seem to find a way to upload this Quickstart successfuly. Is there someone I can give my FTP info to and upload it for me?

Dear leyendecker,

I saw that you are running a t3v2 template but you have not the System-jat3 plugin installed,I tried to install the plugin for you but for some reasons its not installing. Please download the plugin and install it.
