There are two folder for /public_hmtl/ in the directory please kindly check the second /public_hmtl/ and you will find AwadaTube

Something wrong with your server.

How did you install this template in this server? If you used quickstart, pls try to download the latest version of this template and install the quickstart package in local server and see how it goes.

Hi,
it is same newer version quickstart i installed but still giving error but what i noticed is on local sever it works first when my pc in connected to internet but when my pC is disconnected it gives same error so wondering why i still face this problem on liveserver though i know i have to be connected to internet to access my site on live server.

Please, kindly help me install on liveserver from your end if you need access to db i wouldn’t mind

In fact it’s server side issue. I’m strongly suggest check it at your server side.
# Database collation
# Check ajax errors to get more detail
# Check if any online resources requested

For database collation you should ask your sysadmin.
For ajax please use browser debugger for inspecting.
