Hi!
I try load quickstart in WAMP 32bit with PHP v5.4 . Sample date not load 1 hour and more. I try load quickstart in WAMP 32bit with PHP v5.3.13 MySQL 5.5.24 Apache 2.2.22. No load. After I try load quickstart JA Biz and Ja Bookshop in WAMP with PHP v5.3 32bit its ok.
Problem in Ja Decor I think. My settings: Database Type-SQLi, codepage collation utf8_general_ci…, localhost, root …, Display Errors -on, Output Buffering -on

Did you check default max_execution_time = value ????

increase your value from (C:wampbinapacheapache2.2.6binphp.ini) and restart all service from wamp
