I uploaded all the required zipped folder but the QuickStart package doesn’t appear to have the site view as the template (demo site) was.

Can you help?

Okay that worked for my issue.

I have a couple more questions.

1. How do I make the titles CAPS and not lowcase. Picture attached?
2. When making a new menu, I don’t see the (Article Blank) selection? Picture attached.
3. How do I make the top main menu "sticky" so it doesn’t scroll up while viewing the website?
4. Is there a custom Forum like the HawkStore template has?

Hi there

1) Add a custom.css file in this folder /templates/ja_hawkstore/css/ and add to it this

.t3-mainnav .navbar .nav > li > a {
text-transform:uppercase!important;
}

2) There is no Article blank menu type available on Joomla ( maybe you mean create a new article ) if so you first will need to create a new article and then link it to the new menu item selected as article

3) This will require a custom work since it is not included in template features, you can take a look at the documentation about this HERE

4) Could you clarify a bit your question ? you want to add a Forum to your website ?

Question 2: when using the uber template the new article selection has a blank option. Are you saying I don’t need this anymore?

Question 3: within your playstore template you have a forum that goings with the theme. Does the Hawkstore have that or do I need to install a secondary one?

Question 2 . This option is available in Uber template but not in Ja Hawkstore template so you cannot choose it .

Question 3. Ja Playstore template is using Free extension Kunena Forum, that is not a Joomlart product , Joomlart provided only a customized theme for it.
If you want to install a Forum on your Ja Hawkstore based template you can download it from HERE and use it.
