It looks like this quickstart package has been not properly updated. Please check my screenshot for the confirmation.

Hi
All JA Extension and templates are updated via JA Extension Manager component .
In your screenshot seems you are using a different template not JA healthcare .

PS : Kindly open the thread on correct Template forum Page .
