August 10, 2011 at 4:03 am #167237Hi again
🙂I’ve found this three problems at my JA-cloris quickstart.
Please refers to my website:
http://www.atbbatam.com/demo_atb/First Problem: JA-Contact won’t work 🙁
1. I put ‘hubungi kami’ button refers to ‘CONTACT US’ menu which is JA-contact module
2. I’ve put the mail global configuration setting correctly, which is using our SMTP protocol, SMTP address, and setting correctly. I’ve tested it through ordinari sign-up account, and the system mail me. It means, the mail setting at global configuration back-end is OK. [please see picture]
3. I’ve put the setting for the modules back-end as attached in my picture
4. I’ve fill all the necessary field on the module front-end correctly
5. but…
EVERY TIME I CLICK SEND EMAIL, NOTHING SHOWS UP.
Only little small tiny message from browser said: JavaScript:void(0)
and then my contact form goes nowhere…
For details:
Second Problem: My JA-Blog Menu Doesn’t work properly 🙁
1. Whenever I click the ‘Berita’ button , It takes me to a BLANK PAGE…! 🙁
2. I have to hit ‘ENTER’ or Reload/refresh the page in order the page could be displayed properly..
For details:
Third Problem: My JA-Blog could not displayed image everytime I choose YES from ‘SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY URLs’
1. Everytime I choose YES from Global Configuration>SEO settings>Search engine friendly urls, The JA-cloris-blog could not display any image.
2. But this is doesn’t happened when I choose NO.
3. Is there anything wrong with my setting below, or could someone please help me with this issue?
For details:
Please,
could somebody explain to me what should I do to fix this three problems?
I would be very grateful…Thank you.
