Check in the templates menu folder if you have the css files there for each of the menus. It seems to be missing.
I have the archives that the quickstart has; I have not erase anything. Which document is the one that gives that part the style or, in wich part of the index the document is refered..so I can check if it is calling it correctly, bacause everything else is ok. My index is like this:
