Hello Admin,

I just installed a new fresh clean site from the QuickStart Biz file (dated 07-18-2014) and I cannot add Tag because I continuously get the following backtrace:

Note that I haven’t installed any data, just copied the content of “JA Biz for J33” file into an empty htdocs/joomla folder, executed the installation procedure and then started to populate the database trying to achieve the same results as your demo site.

I also noted that if I insert manually a tag entry directly into the database (via phpMyAdmin) the code seems to do not crash but any subsequent entry doesn’t look so good (the parent ID is wrong) and there are problems when I delete them.

Hi

Just tested tags feature in my Ja Biz quickstart installtion and everything worked fine as expected

That could be then your xampp misconfiguration did you checked minimum requirements for template installation ?

Also i can suggest to test your website in a public webserver in this way we can check logs files and eventually verify what is wrong

Hello Pavit,

I retried after having re-downloaded the zip file and it works now.

So, probably something went corrupted during the copy/download to my web folder.
